The item was even more beautiful in person than in pictures. But it also arrived in 5 sizable pieces and 100s of shards. It was very poorly packed…just slipped into a sleeve in the smallest bubble wrap. Not even taped up after slipped inside the thin sleeve! There were packing peanuts and there was NO damage to the box. Also, no “FRAGILE” stamps or stickers on the box. This was totally preventable and such a crime to allow a precious antique to be lost this way. I did get a full refund promptly
