Item arrived as pictured and was well packaged and protected during shipping. Though it is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful grain, I am a bit disappointed in its small size. This isn’t the seller’s fault, however, as the listing showed multiple photos with a ruler measurement background. It’s a Big Ben Ranger pipe. I would have stated in the item description that this was a tiny pipe, but again, the seller did list this pipe with multiple photos showing its measurements so any fault is mine.
