Quantity listed in ad was not the received quantity. Add stated 25kg and I received 15. Since I bought two I was shorted 20kg. Tried to resolve and vendor insisted that they sent what was described. Since the item was shipped overseas there was too much hassle in a return. We did agree to a small refund but not enough to cover the shortage.

The buyer misunderstood our listing, thinking they were purchasing a 25kg item. However, we clearly showed photos of the 15kg item and specified that the final weight after packing is 25kg. We tried our best to resolve the issue with the buyer, including offering a return for his misunderstanding which was declined. We even offered a partial refund, which the buyer accepted, but still left negative feedback afterward. We have always prided ourselves on providing accurate information and photos.
