Contacted the seller about internal damage of the wall supports. They have crumbled shown in the picture. I disassembled the item to show what was wrong. The seller accused me of trying to say it wasnt the item I purchase , but a bad substitute. Accused me basically of lying. This is a 18 year old item that he claimed was like new. Beware.

I have maintained a top rated seller rating for many years. I have numerous "item as described" reviews. Decide for yourself, look at my listing photos of the tote (which is the exact tote I sent the buyer) and compare them to the buyer's feedback photo of the "tote", his has a frayed handle without stitching, cuts on the top and side of tote. My listing both handles handle have stitching completely intact with no frays, no cuts anywhere on the tote. It was in mint condition and I rest my case.
