So, the watch that I received was factory defective from Seiko. I notified LTC of the issue, and they went out of their way to assist with the warranty process. It wasn't their issue for the watch, so I wanted to warranty it, rather than just go for a return. LTC was extremely helpful, and provided more documentation for me to include for the warranty process. While the watch was a bust, the seller was great, and I'd be happy to give them my business again in the future.
