Absolutely shocking behaviour from the seller, they sent a helmet that was not as described and it was questioned if it was within UK standards as there is no kite mark on the helmet. I sent an email to the seller who asked me to return the product I printed off the pre printed label to be told by the seller I had sent it to the wrong address and it was my fault I should have waited until they had finished work. No communication since and no refund.
