The pedal took a while to be delivered. Once I received it and took it out of the packaging, it was a little more beat up than what was described. A nice big chip was noticed immediately. The description was New/open box. Was not in new condition. I contacted the seller and even though the response was timely, the resolution was not optimal. I was told that I could return the item. When I pushed for an alternative option I was offered a response of, it sells for more on Amazon. A bit deceptive.
