Horrible transaction ever! Gave a ship date. Thought we misplaced them and contacted the sellers. they had already sold them to someone else. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional.

We are sorry you feel that way. We tried to explain to you have when we went to get the shoes at the warehouse they were not there and we looked and they had already been sold. We don't know how they were relisted but when we saw this we refunded you your money. They were sold more than a month before you tried to purchase them. Sorry you are disappointed we wish we had them to send to you. We do everything we can do to keep everyone happy with their purchase. I am not sure how it's horrible!
