Part is defective and buttons don’t work, why on earth you sell defective part on eBay. Part got shipped late as well so I had to wait for it. My customer wait for it and we get a broken part.

So, This was purchased on a Wednesday and shipped out same day. Tracking shows it was delivered two days later on Friday. Not sure how that was late. As far as not working, we plugged it into another whirlpool fridge at our shop and the touch buttons worked aside from one led being dim. We ask people with issues to let us know so we can make it right. You immediately left us a bad review then opened a return case. We have other boards and could have gotten another one in the mail that day.
