    I do not enjoy writing negative reviews. I purchased an item and paid seller for shipping. Item arrives and US Postal Worker (our regular one for years) delivers the package, but tells me that $13.41 is owed for postage. USPS said seller used Priority Shipping box, so that rate applied. So I paid the additional postage to receive the package. I contacted seller for reimbursement of additional postage. Seller says that I was scammed by the US post office and refused reimbursement.
