The pic is after 100 miles riding. That's a bunch of wear. The tensioner on the backside was a cyco tensioner put on new at the same time. It didn't have any wear. Buyer beware.

Also, the early Twin Cam tensioner design is one of the biggest mistakes Harley has made in a very long time because of the very issue you are noticing. Even the highest quality tensioners still wear out quickly.
