    $18 of $28 partial refund. I made mistake of ordering the wrong used item. My fault, but very carefully handled & returned used item "like new". Contacted & seemed like everything would be fine. Didn't expect shipping refund, no problem, but there was nothing in item or shipping description, anywhere, where "partial refund" was stated on returned items. $$$ not important, just a sketchy thing to do for a couple dollars. Read their descriptions very carefully & meticulously, ask questions
