Storing as emergency CPUs, in-case dual 2697 v3s fail, or a low-power configuration is required. Good for price and low-power setups. However, if looking for performance CPUs to fit the 2011 CPU server sockets, the above mentioned (2697v3) were found to be the best performance/cost available (Q-4 2024). Would recommend buying from this seller.
