Neutral/Negative on communication & customer service--Contacted seller, mentioning I had to do touch-ups on the apron and separate parts sewn together by mistake and the response was: That's how they are produced by the manufacturer. I expected some effort to make it right OR an apology. I also asked a question unrelated to the quality which wasn't addressed. I asked it again in case the message was lost in the first, but it's been two weeks with no response.

    The bag shipped quickly but it smells like an ashtray. Seller did not disclose anything about a smell. Messaged the seller twice to resolve/return but they never responded. I tried to clean it and the water looked like mud. I had to have jt professionally cleaned. The canvas strap still smells awful.
