The tool holder is very well made. It came earlier than expected. Your pictures do not show the mounting; I had to receive the unit to find out: Mounting is a M5 cap-screw through the top slide. (you have to slide the tool holder fully forward to access it). The swivel ring diameter is 12 mm.

these tyres were advertised as to fit 8inch bandsaw wheels, when they arrived we found they had only a 6inch diameter, we asked for a refund but found we were expected to work out our own returns as we didn't even get a returns label, we are not very happy about the whole thing.
