    Contacted seller about returning item within 30 day money back guarantee window and seller approved spend $40 on ups shipping to seller provided tracking and got the item sent back to me with a note saying seller refused item with no visible damage and package not opened. So now I’m out $167 for the item and $40 for shipping back. Not a good way to conduct business. I would like to me reimbursed for the item and shipping do to the seller goin back on his word.

    ups showed tracking number, but no tracking info or attempted delivery, now im out of a returned item and an upset customer.
