    Seller heated the oven up and then packed it in plastic, causing it to smolder in the box. When contacted regarding the issue, they stated that they did test it before packing it, but refused to refund. Don’t do business with these scammers. Will file a claim with eBay.

    Sir, you took everything we replied back to your questions and turned into a straight out false statement by you. testing any product to reverify its indeed working before shipment is our protocol. the oven was tested a full 24 hours before being packaged up. anyways, if it was hot, it would've caught fire. something was poored into the box and all over the oven as someone left the fingerprint smudges in the residue. we also wipe things off prior to shipment. you got your refund.
