As my life does not revolve around Fedex and deliveries, I had a hospital appointment arraged for that time. I tried to change the delivery day via the ' tracking' link but it did not recognise my email address. Luckily as I was leaving for hospital the Fedex guy arrived so all sorted. I received no apology or communication from this seller, hence the neutral feedback.
