The seller gave me an immediate refund and tried in every way to reclaim the item I had purchased, but the inadvertent receiver chose to ignore all efforts of contact and keep the item instead of being honest and giving it back. I am leaving positive feedback because the seller did everything possible to correct the situation (great customer service!).
