Please note this revised feedback! Seller is not the problem, and has advised me that the problem with the delayed delivery is the USPS inability to get the manual from Minnesota to Maryland in a timely fashion. As of today, it has now been sent out from the USPS facility in Portland, and hopefully it will get to me in Maryland, sooner than later. I hope it survives the adventure of the USPS journey!
