The original issue was my fault because my suite # in the address was not stored in my ebay info in one address saved in my computer. I received a message about an insufficient address and tried to catch it at the post office before it was returned as this seller uses Sendle an incompetent service that uses the post office to not deliver your package. Never got it!Reply from: baynami- Feedback replied by seller baynami.- Feedback replied by seller baynami.We are very sorry for the frustration you experienced. Unfortunately, as you said, the address provided at checkout was missing the suite number, which caused the carrier to mark the package as undeliverable. We never got the package the back. When a package gets send out, it's out of our control. USPS has delivered countless packages for us without any issues. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and encourage all customers to double-check that their address is complete at checkout.

Replacement process was super simple thanks to these actually being meant for the Index Controller. after installing and some simple testing the batteries are working flawlessly!
