Nachdem ich GIVI-Koffer für meine V-Strom bestellt hatte, stellte ich fest, dass diese von einem Wettbewerber schneller und günstiger geliefert würden. Das habe ich mototopgun per Mail mitgeteilt, die mich auswählen ließen, ob ich die Bestellung stornieren möchte, oder ob sie auf die Bedingungen einsteigen sollen. Ich habe micht für das zweite entschieden und es hat super geklappt. Der Mehrkosten wurden direkt storniert, zwei Tage später hatte ich die Koffer - beispielhaft!
