1st sent the wrong colour, they said it was opened but never used but when I turned it on it said “hello Julie” & loads of memory was used 🤬 I did a factory reset but there was still apps on it that don’t come as standard 😡 only after opening a case with eBay did the seller offer a refund but I had no way of printing out the label 🤯 I would definitely NOT recommend buying from this seller 😡 U HAVE BEEN WARNED
