The box was marked with fragile tape. I do this for all items that I sell as evidenced by 100% positive rating. The hand tooled black leather bag was in excellent condition and there were plenty of photos showing the interior & exterior. The buyer requested a return with the reason, “ordered by mistake,” which I immediately approved and then the buyer cancelled the return several days later and is now leaving a neutral review.
