Lonewolf are back 2009 with 'The dark crusade' and stronger than ever. Of course we can find reasons for that. High costs and much work were involved to get the best product possible with help from well known international Metal producers Andy LaRocque and Bart Gabriel. Gueststars on the album are Marta Gabriel (CRYSTAL VIPER) and Majk Moti (RUNNING WILD). To get a good distribution Lonewolf signed with Karthago Records, which means international availiability of the record. Songwise there is reason for big hopes. Songs like 'Hail victory' or 'Warrior priest' you did not find again at Lonewolf since the great Debutalbum. Of course you can still say that 'The dark crusade' is too strong influenced by RUNNING WILD or GRAVE DIGGER. That's right but in fact today Lonewolf have the better songs on their album. 'The dark crusade' is true Metal at it's best.
