False advertising: The shoes pictured in the ad are not the ones that arrived. I messaged the seller and they responded “We are sorry thst we cannot do exchanges at this time. You will need to return the item for a refund promptly” which indicates that they don’t actually have the ones they advertised. Nor are they able to spell and punctuate properly which doubles down on their lack of professionalism.
