Package arrived almost all contents. It was missing the included SD-card (I have owned a 3DS XL at launch and I remember not needing to buy one because it came with it). The package was not sealed per-say, as any such device comes with transparent tape sealing the flaps. Packaging could have been better, with some bubble-wrap or crumpled paper, to protect the box. The contents itself were in perfect order.
