Did not send item until I made contact. Weird communication that I need to provide my phone number (which is stored in my account). For another transaction from Japan over ebay, also sent via DHL, process went w/o providing phone nr outside of order process. Can't leave positive feedback, if ten days after payment no effort of contact made about missing shipment info. Seller should consider possibility that flaw lies in their system.
