The container was about 1/3 full and I tried to get a refund AND return the item but we cannot come to a consensus as to handle this. Before purchasing, I asked the seller about the amount of talc in the container and she could not tell me for certain but felt it was almost full. Then she lowered the price and I again asked he if she felt it was almost full. I ended up buying the product but when I opened the top (which someone else did as it was not properly working, it was about 1/3 full.
