      Not at all what I ordered. I ordered a different model Power supply # that was in stock. I was sent a different model not compatible with my machine. If they don't have what you order don't try to substitute. Just say We don't have it! It is a black model with no reset! It does appear to be new but NOT what I ordered or what I need. I needed it right away. Now what???
