This was a negative experience for me, and it was still a good deal. The ferrules in the picture were not included. The ferrules were reportedly mailed a couple weeks later without tracking, and I didn’t receive them. The seller did offer a refund for the return of the levers. I wanted to keep the levers and asked for a partial refund. The seller was unwilling to offer a partial refund. Forty plus days later, I am happy with the purchase and dissatisfied with the overall experience.
