      The screwdriver is not working and is dead on arrival. It was shipped in a bubble pouch. I contacted the seller 4-5 times asking how to resolve the problem or what is the next step. Seller told me to file a damaged claim in USPS. He is the one purchased the postage he has to open a case with USPS, not me. Seller is not helping at all; this is totally not acceptable. I just paid for a BAD screwdriver TRASH.
