I watched video how to access card without disassembling the dash and completed the task with the help of a much smaller Dremel tool than the one shown. Also recommend using the rotary saw blade not a cutting disc for a much more precise cut. Unit works fine now with the replacement SD card. Two different car stereo shops recommended replacement of the unit so I saved a considerable amount of money.

Item was exactly as described (original card, great condition, no scratches or other defects) and fixed my issue! Such better value than shipping my broken unit to Pioneer to fix. Install is a little tricky, but DrRadio provided some great links for install help. Great job, thank you!
