The wrong size screws were in the package and one side did not match the holes. Thank goodness the wood covers the bottom and no one can see one side has no screws and the other side has screws I found at home. The ones from home has a smaller head then they should
- e***e (2178)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseSeller was great, product was typical consumer grade, AKA defective, worth fixing up myself so seller promptly offered a partial refund that covers price to swap out metal long bolts where this product design failed to see where spot welding hex nuts to bolt metal brace to, just a wiggle can stress the nut off as both 1 had and the other side just snapped when pressed on. hopefully the manufacturer sees this and substitutes a proper welded T-stub inner coupler to mate bolted through the coupler.Follow-up from: e***e- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.Seller offered a refund for me to buy the needed replacement parts for me to just repair it using threaded rods to put washers and lock nuts on outer ends for both brace pieces. This should be just as sturdy as the welded one that fell off and wasn't really in the sideways visible area so I'm totally happy here now, plus seller was the one who contacted me to offer the refund amount simply to maintain a good reputation for their business. I'd recommend this ebayer!

I immediately inspected and found the cover and tails were fine but the hardware clamps were missing. This was damaged by the shipper and not the seller. After contacting customer support they remedied the situation by covering the cost to replace the clamps. This was a positive experience and would recommend this seller.

The black aluminum exterior door handles for the Jeep Wrangler JK arrived in perfect new condition as described. The handles had a great price & look very nice and sturdy with excellent quality. They have not been installed yet, but the design and durability stand out. Shipping was late due to USPS, not the seller, and the package was beat up—thankfully the seller took extra precautions when packing, which fully protected the handles.
