    This DVD was one of 11 I ordered from this seller -- a large order in both volume and cost. Seller had great communication before the order, did a refund for combined shipping, and shipped quickly -- all good stuff. However, this DVD and another was defective. I informed seller. They promised way back on Aug 31 to replace them. They have notm despite repeated promises to do so and ship to me. But nothing has happened. The other DVDs are fine and I'd do more orders -- if they fix the bad DVDs.
