    Sorry, but you purchased this HomePod in "For parts or not working" condition and it was clearly described that it DOES NOT WORK in the listing. And then you complain that it does not work. I'm not sure if you did not review the listing or did not see that it's "For parts or not working" but it's not fair to leave negative feedback. I did not sell you a defective product, I did not deceive or trick you into buying it. You promptly received it exactly in the same condition as described.
