OK panic over on this item, it was at the Post Office on Tuesday 18th but they only actually delivered a card to say further £1.50 to pay because of inadequate postage paid to send it in the first place!, and with the Depot only open from 8.00 to 10.00 everyday I could not pick it up and pay until yesterday, Saturday 20TH!, when Im not working and they are open until 1200 noon. Been a bit of a long-winded process to get this item , at least it was "fit for purpose."

I don't understand why there was an addition charge?? I make sure there is enough postage on all my parcels before sending. I shall of course refund you the surcharge and take this up with Royal Mail myself!!
