Seller will cannot ship my order, says he will refund order and has not and will not reply. I have left them polite messages. I even asked if they are a scammer, seller says no. Seller refuses to communicate and is refusing to refund my order after volunteering to refu d my order. I have asked Ebay to step in and force seller to refund my order. I believe this seller is a scammer and have report that information to Ebay.
