Then tries to go on and on about how they are the correct bearings even though they simply don't fit. Plain and simple. Instead of refunding me or sending proper replacement gives every excuse and roadblock to avoid correcting the problem. Literally stole my money as the product doesn't fit. Never will buy another thing from this character. Customer ordered bearings for a different blender model, then try to blame us for sending them the wrong product. Rather than lying, you should have come up clean and ask us to replace those for the actual blender you have at home. We could have work with you in finding a solution. The rest is total nonsense.
