And even though I used the excellent cover straps I didn’t need them! This cover is very high quality rain resistant (you may as well just say it’s waterproof!). The cover is a value at the price! The cover does not allow for that difference from the civilian model. I knew there was a chance the cover would not fit as sown in the listing pictures. It was not my intent to transport it with the cover on. I purchased the cover to be used when it happens to be temporarily stored outdoors at an event. The cover will suit my needs.
