Seller described item as "fully operational" with only light scratches from storage. There was no scratches on the device (which is great), however, the whole reason I bought another Rift S was because my tightening strap has broken. Once the headset arrived, i pulled it out of the box and tried it on, only for this one to have a broken tightening strap as well. On the bright side, the headset looks very clean and no cosmetic damage. Still disappointed about the strap. I would not have bought.
