      Item arrived well packaged and protected, however with just the screws included, and not the other items listed as included. An inconvenience, but probably just a small oversight. Part installed fine, but was not recognized by the machine, and I could not install drivers for it. This is where these guys earned a great review. They were responsive when I emailed them, and went above and beyond to help, even getting me a custom driver to get the part running, and it works perfectly! Do recommend.
