All pictures advertising this item only showed it being used in the landscape orientation but by removing its four screws it allowed it to be rotated to the protrait orientation. This allows you to make use of the three stitched images captured for large images and panoramic shots. Now if they would make one for the 5x7 camera that would allow you to stitch together 5-6 portrait images to form a 5.4x17cm image!!!
