It is supposed to have refurbished good parts. 2 out of the 3 switches have come to us with bad modules. I have 8 campuses ranging from 10 miles away to 300 miles away. I have tried to get this seller to replace the bad card and they refuse. I have been in contact with this seller for 2 weeks now and we have had no success in getting good parts. They refuse to give anything but software responses to bad hardware.Reply from: 1stopcomputershop- Feedback replied by seller 1stopcomputershop.- Feedback replied by seller 1stopcomputershop.We spent hours with this customer troubleshooting their configuration issue, sent them a prepaid return shipping label and also a new replacement module. We've asked them to confirm if this cleared up their issue but so far we have not heard back. The switch we originally sent them was tested and reset to factory settings prior to shipment and only started having issues once they loaded their own configuration. The customer never asked for a replacement module, we sent them one on our own.
