Dr. Eric Berg (YouTube) recommended if taking D3 (immune health) you need to be taking K2 Mk-7 (directs D3 to go to the bone where then goes in to the blood stream) and Magnesium (D3 depletes magnesium). After taking Magnesium I noticed while sleeping I stopped waking up from leg pain. More research, Dr. Eric Berg, take Magnesium for what I was experiencing. So I increased the dose (magnesium) as recommended.
