    This is a ruggedly beautiful knife made of high carbon steel. The locking mechanism is hard to operate but that lets me know that the piece is hand crafted and not mass produced. The bone handle is very nice. It seems well made and appears to be a true damascus knife. It's definitely not an A. G. Russel quality piece but I like that. I don't want a knife that is exactly like thousands other knives out there! It is priced well enough that a lowered income individual can afford it.
