      Wrong item sent twice. Seller tried to make it right, but chose to ship replacement items/returns in 1st class envelopes, which likely led to loss of the items as the envelopes passed through USPS sorting machines. Now my 2nd replacement, & the returns, are lost in the mail, my reel is in pieces & wasn't ready for the start of the season, & I am out the money & time wasted. Seller's communication was poor. I had to regularly reach out about updates and issues. Seller rarely initiated contact.
