The top plate was broken and the second plate was heavily crazed, the bisque below was full of black mold, with a moldy 5 cent sticker on it. The seller was difficult to work with; she stated that she would never send a plate in that condition. But yet, here it is. She also stated that she would not refund the shipping charges and sent me to the post office. Post office said they never refund the buyer, only the seller. Refund after a week
