- y***k (258)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseReceived the Sweet Leilani Coffee Pot. It was well packed. Generally pleased with the purchase once I had removed old coffee stains from inside it.Reply from: 5974catherinem- Feedback replied by seller 5974catherinem.- Feedback replied by seller 5974catherinem.Very unfair neutral feedback as item was described as "could benefit from a good clean". Photos clearly showed the inside of the coffee pot. Buyer sent me a copy of the parcel with the Lisburn Customs Label on. Buyer asked me to pay for "underpaid postage" even though they had sent evidence showing that it was a Customs Fee. RM informed me a Customs Charge from Lisburn Customs & Excise had been applied to the item. As a goodwill gesture I paid the CUSTOMS charge of £3.50.
