Mach die umverpackung auf und siehe da, ein anderer Adapter auf dem Karton dargestellt wie bestellt. Da mache ich den Karton vom Adapter auf, siehe da, leer. Das gibt's doch gar nicht. Auf meine Anfrage wird gesagt das es nicht sein kann weil ja alles doppelt geprüft wird. Das mag ja sein, trotzdem stehe ich da mit dem falschen/ gar kein Produkt. Und darauf das es auch das falsche gewesen ist wird gar nicht eingegangen. Habe das Geld über PayPal zurück bekommen, Gott sei Dank.

That is not true, You stated the device wasnt in the box, We said we would check CCTV as we open all boxes to check before sending. After checking and we couldnt see the box clearly enough with the product in, I told you I would refund you as per your request. PayPal didnt have to refund you because we did. I know this is not what you wanted but to lie and make out you were treated poorly is unacceptable. In this circumstance what more could we have done to please you?
